This is an evening scene Josh and his father watched
on the AT. |
Josh enjoys his view after hiking 5,000 feet to the
top of Blood Mountain on March 7th.
|
WOW! A sight worth hiking virtually straight up and
straight down rocky terrain to enjoy! |
Josh eats peanut butter for protein,
energy, and in honor of March being National Peanut Butter Month. He also cools
his happy feet while enjoying his food. |
After approximately 2 hours of hiking, Josh stops to
cool his feet. This is especially important at the beginning of the trail in
order to condition them for the long journey. |
